According ⁢to reports from FOX5 Vegas, this upscale hotel ⁣will be situated at the southern end of the iconic​ strip and is anticipated ⁢to welcome guests later this year. Steve Zanella, president of MGM Resorts operations,‌ expressed enthusiasm about their partnership with Marriott, stating that it has surpassed expectations and highlighted the strength of Marriott’s brand portfolio ‍and distribution capabilities.

“The introduction of W Las Vegas represents our commitment to ⁣providing guests with an unparalleled luxury lifestyle experience,” Zanella remarked. “This hotel will embody a unique personality along with dynamic⁣ programming and exceptional service.” The opening ‍aligns with their strategic agreement established earlier this year.

MGM‌ Collection Expands on The Strip

This impressive lineup includes ‌renowned establishments such as Bellagio Hotel ​& Casino, ARIA Resort & Casino, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and Mandalay Bay Resort &⁢ Casino.

Since launching their partnership earlier this year, MGM ‍has reported that bookings have ⁣significantly exceeded initial forecasts—a promising sign for both companies ⁢involved.

Ongoing Revitalization in Sin City

The transformation ‌at Delano isn’t an isolated event; several other properties in Las Vegas are undergoing major renovations as well. Earlier this year, Bellagio unveiled exciting updates including innovative ⁣dining options and refreshed poolside cabanas alongside revamped guest rooms within its⁤ Spa Tower.
