Recently, scientists from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute at Harvard Medical School shared groundbreaking findings regarding the neural processes involved in the shaking behavior of wet dogs (as illustrated by the dog in the image above).

A panel of judges—comprising photographers, canine specialists, and industry professionals—recognized outstanding work across five categories: Action, Documentary, Dogs & People, Portraits, and Studio.

Each year after hunting season ends thousands are abandoned but some fortunate ones find refuge through organizations like Hope For Podencos .
