A Texas attorney has initiated five additional lawsuits against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs this past Sunday.
Among these filings, one case lodged in the Southern District of New York accuses the hip-hop icon of drugging and sexually assaulting a girl when she was just 13 years old during an after-party for the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.
The plaintiff, referred to as Jane Doe from Alabama, alleges that she was assaulted at a house party in New York City while two unnamed celebrities observed. This gathering occurred post-awards show at Radio City Music Hall, according to court documents.
The other celebrities are only referred to as “Celebrity A” and “Celebrity B.”
The reason for their anonymity remains unclear; however, representatives for Jane Doe did not respond promptly to inquiries from Business Insider on Monday regarding this matter.
Tony Buzbee, the Texas lawyer representing these cases alongside co-counsel AVA Law Group and local counsel Curis Law in New York, stated that several other individuals are mentioned within these legal documents but have not yet been formally named as defendants.
Combs’ legal team has consistently refuted all allegations of sexual misconduct against him.

Diddy gained recognition as a rapper and producer during the late 1990s before establishing himself as a business mogul. He became one of hip-hop’s earliest—and wealthiest—entrepreneurs throughout history. This latest lawsuit is part of numerous actions Buzbee has pledged to file against Diddy on behalf of around 120 claimants. To date, his firm has submitted no less than eleven civil suits targeting Diddy with many sharing similar pages detailing abuse claims except for specific paragraphs addressing individual incidents involving each victim. Buzbee indicated they anticipate filing cases weekly naming Mr. Combs among others while continuing their evidence collection efforts and preparing further documentation.

The complaint related to events from the VMAs after-party describes how Jane Doe alleges she was initially restrained and assaulted by “Celebrity A,” while both Diddy and “Celebrity B,” identified as female watched on helplessly. Following this encounter with Celebrity A’s conclusion, it is claimed that Diddy then proceeded with vaginal rape while both observers remained present during this horrific act.
The lawsuit further states that when attempts were made by Diddy to force oral sex upon her instead led her striking him in self-defense causing him to cease his actions.
The plaintiff managed eventually escaping into another room where she fled naked through various areas seeking an exit amidst ongoing festivities before finally dressing outside near a gas station whereupon contacting her father confessed about having misled him regarding her location asking for assistance homeward bound instead.
