According to ‍Arpita Kaushik—a data scientist at Rocket Mortgage—AI tools like ChatGPT and‌ GitHub Copilot significantly‌ alleviate workload for ‍professionals like herself. She pointed ‍out that organizations can‌ operate with smaller teams without sacrificing productivity standards.

“I foresee there being a transformation in how we approach software engineering jobs,” she remarked. “In future scenarios where⁢ five engineers would typically suffice, you may only require four.”

This ‍perspective was⁤ echoed by Aditya Swami from Hatcher+, a venture capital firm based in Singapore. He noted​ that larger organizations would particularly exhibit noticeable declines in personnel numbers ‌within their ⁢software development teams.
