A Journey Through Kruger National Park: Safari Experience and Accommodations
With the increasing popularity of immersive travel experiences, I was keen on embarking on a safari adventure in Kruger National Park—South Africa’s largest national park. This sprawling reserve is renowned for its diverse ecosystem and abundant wildlife.
Selecting Ideal Accommodation
Deciding to explore Kruger was straightforward; choosing where to stay proved more challenging due to the variety of available options. The park features twelve primary rest camps and several secluded bush camps along with luxury lodges nearby. These lodges connect seamlessly to the national park and range from basic setups to lavish establishments.
Nights at Satara Rest Camp
I opted for two nights at Satara Rest Camp, staying in a bungalow that cost $90 per night—excluding an additional $25 daily fee per person for entrance into the park.
